| 摘 要： | 标识语应用广泛,在社会生活中发挥着重要作用。然而,标识语的英译并不令人满意。文章分析了汉语标识语的语用特征及语言特点,从切斯特曼的翻译模因论视角探讨汉语标识语的英译原则,即借用目的语语言模因、活用源语语言模因以及借用源语语言模因。

| Abstract: | Public signs, widely used, play an important role in the social life. However, the translation of public signs from Chinese into English is not satisfying. This paper analyzes pragmatic and linguistic features of Chinese public signs, and explores some effective principles for C-E translation of public signs from the perspective of translation memetics. |
