| 摘 要： | 随着高校的扩招,大学生就业压力日趋严峻.探其究竟,主要来自两方面原因:一是目前的就业机制、用人单位、学校和家庭等外部因素所为;二是求职者自身内因所致.我们应该从完善相关就业法律法规;提高就业者自身素质,更新就业观念;稳定就业指导队伍;完善学校专业设置;尊重子女选择,创造和谐家庭等方面入手,切实解决大学生就业问题.

| Abstract: | With the expanding recruitment of high education,college graduates are facing an increasing pressure on employment.The reason mainly comes from two respects: the external cause that includes the present employment system,working units,school and family,etc.and the internal cause that relies on the personal quality of students.We should work for the graduates' employment by taking the following measures: perfecting employment regulations and laws,improving graduates' qualities,renewing concepts of employment,stabilizing the team of employment guidance,perfecting the specialities adjustment,respecting the right of the employment choice of graduates and creating a harmonious family,etc. |
