摘 要: | 淬火是钢的最重要的强化方法,在机械生产中广泛应用。但由于淬火而产生的热处理缺陷——裂纹。也是使零件降低使用寿命甚至报废的重要原因之一。本着重从热处理过程中的加热、保温、冷却等几个重要环节上综合考虑、改进热处理方法,从而最大限度地预防淬火裂纹的产生。

Abstract: | Quenching is the most important way to harden the steel, so it is used widely in mechanical production. However, Crackles, the shortcoming of heat - treating out of quenching, is one of the main reasons why machine parts can't be used longer or are even useless. This paper considers from some main steps in heat - treating - heating, heat - preserving and cooling, and analyzes the way to improve heat -treatment; thus, quenching crackles can be prevented from appearing to the most degree. |
