| 摘 要： | 本文利用微量自动泵给恒河猴卵巢黄体连续注射催产素（Oxytocin，10miu／h）的局部在体实验，对催产素（OT）的溶黄体作用及机理进行了初步的研究．结果显示，OT注射后第2天其外周血的孕酮激素水平开始下降，而雌二醇（E2）则在处理后第总天开始下降（P＜0．05）同时．OT的局部注射还能引起恒河猴月经周期黄体期明显缩短，使下一月经周期提前开始（P＜0．01）．实验表明，催产素（OT）在卵巢溶黄体过程中起着重要的作用，卵巢溶黄体作用的发生是通过其自身的分泌机制调节实现．

| Abstract: | The psper report the luteolytic action siteof ocytocin, using minipump-cannula sustem chronisally infused directly into the corpux luteum of normaly cyclic rhesus monkeys (Mac. mulatta). the results show infusion oxytocin can caused a significant (P < 0. 05) decrease in progesteron, beganing second day after treatnent and oestradiol after 4 days, the duration of luteal phase onset of menses from the initiation of oxytocin infusion were significantly (P<0.01) shorter when compared to thouse of vehicle-treaed controls, we suggest oxytocin play a important role. |
