| 摘 要： | 异常心理是指人类心理与行为的异常或病态表现.弄清异常心理发生发展变化的原因和机理,是实施心理咨询和治疗的关键和前提.行为主义和人本主义从不同的理论出发,阐述了异常心理产生的原因和治疗方法.分析两种理论对于异常心理研究的价值和不足,对于深刻认识异常心理的发生、发展和变化,提高心理咨询和心理治疗效果有极大的意义.

| Abstract: | Abnormal psychology is reflection of people's non-normal psychology and behavior.To find out the reason that abnormal psychology occur and develop is the premise to conduct consulling and treating.Begin with different theories,Behaviorism and Humanism explicate the origin of abnormal psychology and the remidies.Analysing the value and weakness of two theories has great importance in understanding the emerg,development,change of abnormal psychology,and improving the effect of counselling. |
