| 摘 要： | 1919年8月英国内阁制定了未来十年内不参与大规模战争的十年计划,在随后的十几年时间里,英国大幅度削减国防经费,军备建设受到军费支出下降的严重制约,对30年代英国的外交与重整军备造成了严重的影响。

| Abstract: | In Augst 1919,the British Cabinet developed a plan that the Britain would not be engaged in any great wars during the next ten years.In the following ten years,the United Kingdom substantially reduced its defense spending,thus making its military construction suffer a serious decline and influencing British diplomacy and its rearmament in the 1930s. |
