| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析WTO基本原则的法律要求和我国外贸立法现状 ,指出了我国现行对外贸易主体制度与代理制度的缺陷 ,探讨了加入WTO后 ,应对现行对外贸易体制的上述制度进行调整和完善 ,以建立一套既能促进我国经济发展又与WTO规则相一致的新型对外贸易体制

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the WTO basic principles’ demand for its members, pointed out the defects on China’s foreign trade legislation for it’s subject system and agency system. Through the above analysis, the author tries to express, after entry to WTO, China must transform the current foreign trade system in order to establish a new international economic trade regulations and principles. This new system can improve the development of China’s economy efficiently, and is compatible with the WTO rules. |
