| 摘 要： | 为提高高职院校速度滑冰课教学效果,根据多年教学实践经验及调查研究,总结出目前高职院校冬季速度滑冰课存在开课学校比率不高、教材匮乏、内容单一、方法陈旧等现状问题,提出加强教师素质,强化业务能力,加强宣传教育,培养学生对学习速度滑冰的兴趣,激发和培养学生良好的学习动机,合理选用速滑教材,安排每节课的教材和确定课的任务,做好保障,加强冰场管理,减少运动损伤和将轮滑运动引入高职体育课堂等手段和方法,为提高高职院校速度滑冰课教学质量提供参考。
