| 摘 要： | 作为我国西部边陲的新疆，与八个国家接壤，应该发挥向西开放的地缘优势，面向中亚、西亚国家，制订规划，明确思路，突出重点，积极开展人力资源教育培训，拓展教育国际交流的新领域，营造互利共赢的教育局面。 |

| Abstract: | Xinjiang lies to the western border of China, bordering with eight countries. We should take advantage of such an open geography. Also we should carry out the education and training on human resources actively for countries in Central and, West Asia. And the rule and planning should be established. We must think it by the right way and focally. We should expand the new field of international education exchange and create mutual benefit and share profit in the education. |
