| 摘 要： | 美国农村社区成人教育在政府支持、资金来源、课程设置、教师队伍建设、现代技术教学、远程教育等方面，形成了自己的鲜明特点。我国成人教育可以吸取美国的经验，因地制宜，以人为本，促进农村社区成人教育的发展。

| Abstract: | The United States formed its own distinctive characteristics in the rural community adult education in areas as follows:government support,the source of funding,the curriculum,the training of teaching staff,modern technology teaching and distance education,Adult education in our country can learn from the experience of the United States.According to local conditions,we'd better develop a people-oriented approach to promote our adult education in rural community. |
