| 摘 要： | 现行评审篮球等级运动员办法不能调动多数学生学习训练的积极性，必须进行改革。改革现行的篮球竞赛制度；进行综合指标的评定；专项理论考试。等级运动员的评审等于比赛名次加身体素质测验加技术达标加理论考试。

| Abstract: | The present evaluation system for basketball-degrade player must be reformed because it could not mobilize students'positivity for learning and training. The reformation consists of the present system of basketball competitions, the complex-index evaluation and the specific theory examination. The evaluation for the degrade athletes should depend upon the following 4 factors:the place in competition, the measurement of body elements,the technique level and the score of the theory exam. |
