| 摘 要： | 数字化学习资源因其高度共享和开放，获取便利等优势，受到教育职能部门的重视和学习者的青睐；但它的一些缺陷因素又为数字化学习资源的建设带来了巨大挑战。本文通过SWOT分析，提出数字化学习资源要坚持“量力、人本、深入、开放”的建设思想，以推动数字化学习资源建设的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Digital learning resources, owing to its high capacity of sharing and openness, is preferred by the educational ministry and learners. Yet it is also a challenge to construct. This article, by thorough SWOT analysis, tries to propose that the construction of the digital learning resources should be in accordance with its proper usage, learners＇ needs, depth and openness, in order to keep the construction sustainable. |
