| 摘 要： | 教师职业认同是教师专业化发展需要奠定的心理基础.职业认同是多方面、动态、变化发展着的过程.其中,自我和反思是职业认同中基本的要素,通过自我反思,教师把个体经验与社会期望结合起来,形成他们作为教师的自我形象.
