摘    要:教师职业认同是教师专业化发展需要奠定的心理基础.职业认同是多方面、动态、变化发展着的过程.其中,自我和反思是职业认同中基本的要素,通过自我反思,教师把个体经验与社会期望结合起来,形成他们作为教师的自我形象.

Abstract:Professional identity of teacher can be regarded as a psychological basis for professional development.Professional identity is multi-dimensional,complex and dynamic process.Self and reflection are the essential elements for professional identity.Through self-reflection,teachers relate their experiences,knowledge and feelings to the expectation of the society and form their self-images as teachers.
