| 摘 要： | 大学是国家创新体系中最为重要的人才培养与创新源。大学创新系统是国家创新系统中基本要素之一、在国家创新体系中发挥了特殊的、举足轻重的、不可或缺的作用，从而为世界发展、为人类进步做出了杰出贡献，才被公认为世界一流大学。世界一流民族大学首先是世界一流大学。建设世界一流民族大学的必然性取决于中央民族大学的历史性贡献和世纪性机遇。

| Abstract: | In national innovation system, universities are the most important sources of talents training and innovation. University innovation system, as one of the basic elements of the national innovation system, plays a special and vital role in it. Those universities which have made outstanding contributions to the world development and human progress are universally acknowledged as the world first rate universities. A world first rate university of nationalities must be, at first, a world first rate university. The inevitability of building a world first rate university of nationalities depends on the historical contributions as well as the opportunity in the new century of CUN. |
