摘    要:我国现行教育法律在保障教育事业健康发展方面起着巨大作用,但教育立法在法律责任的问责主体、问责情节、问责形式、问责程序等方面的规定,仍存有不同程度的模糊性,需要由教育法律自身对其作出明确的法律界定或由相关权限机构作出法律解释。

Abstract:China's current educational law has played an important role in the protection of healthy and rapid development of education. However, there are still varying degrees of ambiguity in the accountability of the main body, accountability plot, accountability forms, and accountability procedures of legal responsibilities in educational legislation, which requires the educational law to make a clear legal definition or the relevant authority agencies to interpret them.
