摘    要:绩效考核是企业人力资源管理中至关重要的一个组成部分,是对员工工作过程和工作结果的一个重要评价。本文从我国发展现状出发,分析了我国企业绩效管理存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的建议。

Abstract:The performance appraisal is an integral part of human resource management and plays an important role in evaluating an employee's work process and his final result.This paper,based on the current developing situation,analyzes the existing problems in performance evaluation of enterprises and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
