| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村是我国现代化建设进程中的重大历史任务。中央对新农村建设提出了要达到的总体目标,即:“生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”。其中的“生活宽裕”是新农村建设的核心目标。要达到这一目标除了建立和开辟各种增收渠道以外,还应该高度重视保护农民的社会保障权利,通过健全农村社会保障体系,增加农民的社会福利,改善其生活水平。本文就保护农民的社会保障权利的重要性和可行性进行了分析,提出了健全农村社会保障体系的政策建议。

Building New Socialist Rural Area Should Concern Protecting the Social Security Right of Farmers |

| Abstract: | Building a new socialist countryside is a major historic task in the modernization process.The central committee introduced to achieve the overall goal of constructing the new countryside,namely"the development of production,affluent life,civilized rural style,neat rural outlook,democratic management".The"affluent" is the core objection of the new rural construction among these.To achieve the goal,in addition to create and open various channels of increasing revenue,farmers right of social security should also be protected.Improving the social security system in rural areas,and increasing farmer's social welfare,so as to improve their living-standard.This article analyzes the importance and feasibility of the protection to the farmers' social security right,and proposals the suggestion of improving the social security. |
