| 摘 要： | 地方高师院校在综合化发展过程中正经历重要的转型时期。在机构转型的关键时期往往最容易迷失自己,无论是办学定位的重新确立,还是办学特色的培育都会遇到许多困难和不适应。地方高师院校在综合化发展中要根据高等教育发展规律、地方经济社会和文化发展需求,结合自身的办学传统,在教育观念更新、办学定位确立、办学特色培育以及人才培养模式等方面做出选择,健康发展。

| Abstract: | Local teachers colleges in the integrated development process are experiencing an important period of transition.During this critical period,the instructions are most likely to lose their own on the following aspects: the re-establishing of the instructions orientation,the founding of the characteristics of the instructions etc.This thesis elaborates on these problems,and then provides some suggestions and comments on them. |
