| 摘 要： | 办学体制多元化是高职办学体制改革的基本发展趋势，包括办学主体多元化、产学研结合的人才培养机制等几个方面的内容。高职多元化体制改革需要政府宏观调控，同时院校自身也要加强同企业的合作、推行双证书制度，适应社会对人才培养的多样化需要。

| Abstract: | The pluralityization System run a school is the basic reform development trend of college system run a school at present,including the main part of pluralityization run a school,produced and studied combined talents and so forth.The govemment should macroscopicly control system reforms of college pluralityization and college itself should also strenghen cooperation with enterprises and carry out twin certificate systems to adapt to the society. |
