摘    要:采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸法和苯酚-硫酸法分别对溶剂法提取分离的金钱草叶的粗多糖进行分析,考察两种分析方法的可靠性和准确性.实验结果表明,多糖含量测定结果分别为11.70%和11.36%.平行测定6次,3,5-二硝基水杨酸法测定样品加标回收率在92.52%~104.49%之间,RSD%=3.98%,检出限为0.022 mg/mL;苯酚-硫酸法测定样品加标回收率在93.29%~114.82%之间,RSD%=3.36%,检出限为0.018 mg/mL.两种方法都比较灵敏、可靠.

Abstract:Solvent extraction of Lysimachia christinae Hance's polysaccharide,is analyzed respectively with 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid(DNS) and Phenol-Sulfuric Acid Colorimeter.The reliability and accuracy are of these two analysis methods are inspected.The results show that polysaccharide content was 11.70%.and11.36%.Parallel measurement is done 6 times;Rate of recovery with DNS method is between 92.52%~104.49%,RSD%=3.98%.The minimum detection limit is 0.022mg/mL.Rate of recovery of Phenol-Sulfuric Acid methods'is bet...
