| 摘 要： | 本文基于职业化视域下甘肃省高校辅导员队伍职业化的现状,梳理出甘肃省高校辅导员队伍职业化建设方面存在的问题,结合甘肃高校发展实际,分别从完善制度设计、增加辅导员编制、理顺晋级序列、健全辅导员培训机制等方面,对提升高校辅导员队伍职业化建设的路径进行了探讨。
