| 摘 要： | 长期以来,我国农村公共物品供给模式采用的是一种自上而下的体制,农村公共物品的供给水平面远远低于全国平均水平。城乡二元体制结构的长期存在,公共物品供给体制的不完善,制度不健全,融资渠道狭窄等因素严重制约着新农村建设和经济的发展。改革我国农村公共物品供给体制,建立良好的投融资渠道,合理调整和优化供给机制,是目前新农村建设中亟待解决的问题。

| Abstract: | For a long period,the rural public goods supply in China adopts a top-down model and falls much behind the national average.Many disadvantages such as the long-term urban-rural dual structure,the faultiness of the public goods supply system,the imperfect,the narrow financing channels,seriously constrain the new rural construction and the economic development.The most urgent problems to be solved in the new rural construction are to reform the rural public goods supply system,to establish favorable financing channels,and to adjust and optimize the supply system. |
