| 摘 要： | 邓小平“一国两制”构想,有历史渊源。其中,中国历史上辽国“以国制治契丹,以汉制治汉人”,新中国在西藏保留封建农奴制长达8年之久;世界历史上有美国南北战争之前资本主义与奴隶制并存,俄国“二月革命”后两个政权并存,日本大化革新后封建制度和奴隶制度并存等,这些事实都为其提供了很好的历史借鉴。但同时,邓小平“一国两制”构想与历史上的一国两制又是有着本质区别的,它是对历史上一国两制的超越。

| Abstract: | The visualization of "one country with two systems"hasi its historical origin.In Liao Kingdom in Chinese history,there was a system of"ruling Qidan people with the national rules and ruling Han people with Han rules.After the founding of Poople's Repblic of China,feudalism was reserved for 8 years.Before the Civil War in American history,there was a time when capitalism and slavery coexisted.After the February Revolution in Russion history,there were two regimes existent side by side.After Taika Era reforms in Japanese history,there was once a period when feudalism and slavery co-existed.Though all these were referred to in the visualization of Deng's thought of"one country,two systems",his thought is essentially different from them.It transcends any other"one country with two systems"in history. |
