| 摘 要： | 联盟战略已成为企业在新环境下生存和发展的必经之道,近些年来,跨国战略联盟的势头越来越猛烈,已对世界经济的发展产生重大影响。但对于具体的战略联盟是否有效,是成是败,却不太注重评价与分析,导至许多联盟最终失败。为了更好地指导我国企业的战略联盟实践,本文拟对以资源基础为核心的联盟理论关于联盟的效用机理进行研究,并对我国企业在实施战略联盟实践时应注意的关键问题进行阐述。

| Abstract: | The union strategy has become a necessary way for enterprises' survival and development in the new situation.In recent years,international strategy union with increasing impetus has an important in fluence on the development of the world economy.However,there are many unions failing because of less evaluation and analysis about the strategy union which is successful and effective or not.In order to promote the practice of our country's strategy union better,the writer tries to research about the union's effective work of the union theory focusing on the resourse basis and relates some key problems when practicing the strategy union. |
