儒家德治与权力之治的契合

摘    要:儒家思想是中国两千多年来的主流思想,儒家德治理念形成了中国道德至善的优秀文化,但儒家德治是在西周君主天命论的基础之上发展延伸的,君主依托"天命"而拥有了至高无上的特权,从而决定了"德"的走向,形成了古代"有权即有德"的政治与社会局面。君主拥有特权以及导致的不平等,本身是与"德"相违背的。

Abstract:The Confucian thoughts has been mainstream in China for two thousand years,and the Confucian ideas on Moral Politics have shaped the Chinese outstanding national culture,which mainly concerning about the good wills.But the Confucian Moral Politics is discussed and developed in the Western Zhou Dynasty based on the principle that is ruler is born Godly in the Western Zhou Dynasty,the emperor has the supreme power grounded on the heaven endowment thus decided the trend of morality then shaped political and social atmosphere which owns power means virtue in the ancient times.The emperor has the privilege as well as inequality caused,which is itself contrast with morality.
