| 摘 要： | 小额贷款公司在符合中国银监会规定的一系列条件后可申请转制设立村镇银行。建议出台扶持小额贷款公司优惠政策,缩小与村镇银行发展条件之间的差距,缓解小额贷款公司的转制冲动;根据实际情况修订转制设立村镇银行的规定,适度放宽转制条件。

| Abstract: | Microfinance company may apply to establish village & town banks under the permission of the China Banking Regulatory Commission(CBRC).This paper suggests that some preferential policies should be made to support microfinance companies and regulations related to establishing village & town bank should be improved. |
