| 摘 要： | 网络的普及使网络生活成为人们日常生活的重要组成,给人们的生活方式带来深远影响。然而,由于互联网自身的特点、青少年身心发展的阶段特征等因素的影响,使青少年在网络使用中出现成瘾现象,严重影响了青少年的身心发展。明确把握网络成瘾的内涵及基本特征,分析网络成瘾的原因,是探求预防青少年网络成瘾的重要前提。界定网络成瘾的内涵及基本特征,在此基础上分析其产生原因,并且提出预防青少年网络成瘾的措施,对于规范青少年网络行为,促进其正确使用网络有着重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Popularity of the network makes online life become an important component of daily life,which has significant impact on life of people.However,owing to its own characteristics and teenagers' physical and mental development factors,network has seriously affected teenagers both on physical and mental development.This paper makes an analysis on the causes and proposes some measures for prevention of teenagers Internet addiction. |
