| 摘 要： | 中央第三代领导集体的"全面发展"职业教育思想,是指以江泽民同志为核心的中央第三代领导集体,自1989年至2002年的关于我国职业教育的一系列言说、思想、理论观点的总称。其发展阶段分为:继承期,主要是继承优化发展职业教育的思想;丰富期,主要是职业教育法制化思想;深化期,主要是职业教育全面实施素质教育思想。

| Abstract: | The comprehensive development vocational education thought of the third generation leader group of central government indicate the integration of a range of speeches,thought and theoretical views of the third generation leader group of central government centered by Jiang Zemin from 1989 to 2002.Its development process can divide into:inheriting stage,which signify inheriting,optimizing and developing vocational education thought;enriching stage,mainly include the thought of vocational education legalization;deepening stage,mainly indicate comprehensively carrying out quality-oriented education thought in vocational education. |
