摘    要:文章从研究型大学人才培养方案出发,以培养创新型本科人才为目标,提出与专业特色相结合、与科研相结合、与校外实践教育相结合的主旨,建设以"基础型、综合设计型和研究创新型"三个实验教学层次以及"科研训练计划、课外基地实践和创新实践竞赛"三大实践教育机制为核心内容的创新型人才培养体系,培养具有实践和创新能力的研究型人才。

The Innovative Talent Exploration and Practice of Training System for Research Universities

Abstract:According to the training program of research universities, a training system combined with specialty characteristics, research projects and practical education outside school was presented to train the in- novative undergraduates. Experimental teaching and practical mechanisms are developed to train the undergrad- uates who have research and innovative ability. The experimental teaching has three levels including " Basic, Comprehensi'~e, Research and Innorative Level" . In the other hand, the practical education also has three mechanisms including " Research Training Program, Extracurricular Practice and Innovate Competition"
