摘    要:地方高校研究生教育应以培养应用型创新人才作为基本目标,而产学研合作教育是为实现应用型创新人才培养目标的有效机制。当前,我国地方高校产学研合作教育普遍存在合作机制与形式松散简单、课程保障机制缺乏、师资力量难以适应需求、考核评价机制不健全等突出问题。为实现地方高校培养应用型创新人才的基本目标,应从优化政府促进功能、完善产学研合作教育课程保障、加强师资建设、创新教育教学评价机制和健全利益分配等方面优化地方高校研究生产学研合作教育培养机制。

The Applied Innovative Talents Training and the Optimization of Local Colleges~Industry -University -Research Cooperative Education Mechanism

Abstract:The local colleges" graduate education should take cultivating applied creative talents as the basic goal, and industry - university - research cooperative education is an effective mechanism to achieve this goal. Currently, the local colleges" industry - university - research cooperative education has widespread out- standing problems such as loose and simple cooperative mechanism and form, lack of curriculum protection mechanisms, teachers difficult to adapt the demand, and defective evaluation mechanism. In order to achieve the basic goal of cultivating the applied creative talents in local colleges, China should optimize graduates'in- dustry - university - research cooperative education mechanism in local colleges, from optimizing government promoting function, perfecting the protection of curriculum, strengthening teacher construction, innovating education and teaching mechanism, improving the distribution of benefits, etc.
