| 摘 要： | 学术不端行为严重污染了学术氛围，败坏了学术风气，影响了我国的学术发展与学术形象。文章对学术不端行为归类于道德问题还是法律问题进行深入的研究，揭示其定位范围与问题领域，分析学术不端行为产生的根源，并通过法制视角探讨如何对学术不端的道德失范性行为进行法制化的规范。另外强制性的“他律”措施对促进学术人员“自律”行为的产生，对我国良好学术环境的建立，学术尊严的维护有着重要的实践意义。

A Study on the Moral Anomie and Legal Standardization of Academic Dishonorable Behavior |

| Abstract: | Academic dishonorable behavior severely contaminates and corrupts the academic atmosphere. It influences the academic development and academic image in China. The paper will deeply research on whether the academic dishonorable behavior ranks to moral issue or legal issue and reveal its orientation range and problem domain. The paper analyzes the generated root of academic dishonorable behavior. By means of le- gal view, it will discuss how to leagally norm the moral anomie of academic dishonorable behavior. Also, it will promote the ＂ Self - discipline＂ behavior produce of academic staffs by the way of mandatory ＂ heterono- my＂ . It can set up fine academic atmosphere in China and maintain academic august. |
