| 摘 要： | 自然法思想在西方法律思想史上源远流长，是西方法律思想的根基。许多学者已从人物、流派和时间等角度对其进行了充分的研究，本文从“自然”观念的独特视角重新梳理了自然法的演变轨迹，认为自然法思想与自然观念息患相关，不同的自然观念决定了不同的自然法思想。一部西方自然法思想的演进史，就是一部“自然”观念的演变史。

| Abstract: | Natural law theory has a long history in western legal thoughts; it is the foundation of western legal thoughts. Many scholars have already researched it from the figure, genre, time and other angles; this article analyzesthe evolution of the western natural law from＂nature＂theunique point of view It thinks that natural lawhas a deep relationship with nature concept; different na-ture concepts decide different natural law theories. The evolution of the western natural law is ex-actlytheevolutionofthenatureconcept. |
