| Abstract: | Private colleges and universities have now become an important component of China’s education and Employment is related to the development of private universities.There are many problems such as Low social acceptance,outdated concept of employment,Low-level employment and so on.Therefore,it is need t to take effective measures to solve these problems,such as strengthening the leadership,improve the mechanisms and stimulate students’ enthusiasm.This paper analyzes the current employment situation of graduates of private universities and proposed to strengthen employment guidance related countermeasures in the private colleges,the promotion of the private universities of applied personnel training. |
