| 摘 要： | 抗战时期,陈毅同志坚决贯彻执行党中央关于＂向东发展,建立苏北根据地＂的指示,率部挺进苏中、苏北地区,卓有成效地开展了根据地建设工作,粉碎了敌寇发动的一次次扫荡与进攻,既扩大巩固了根据地,又发展壮大了新四军的武装力量。其间形成的根据地建设的理论,既是陈毅同志军事思想的一个重要组成部分,也是其对中国革命斗争经验的总结。

| Abstract: | During the Anti-Japanese War Period,Chen Yi resolutely implemented the Party Central Committee＇s instruction on ＂Fighting toward east and developing a military base in northern Jiangsu＂ and led his army pushing forward into the areas of middle and northern Jiangsu.The construction of military base was so excellent that his army smashed the attacks of Japanese troops again and again,and then he expanded and consolidated the base and promoted the forces of the New Fourth Army.The theory on military base construction formed during this period was not only an important part of Chen Yi＇s military thoughts but also a conclusion of Chinese revolution experience. |
