| 摘 要： | 为提高基层医院对有肩关软组织疾病的诊断和治疗的正确性，通过6例肩关造影检查，其中3例为肩峰下滑囊显影，提示肩袖损伤。1例动态造影下喙突外侧肩袖间隙处呈乳头状阴影，提示肩袖间隙分裂、1例冻结肩。曲型的阳性表现提供了确诊的依据。证明造影检查对诊断肩关节软组织疾病具有较高价值。

| Abstract: | To highlight the level of the diagnosis and treatment of the soft tissuse diseases of shoulder joint in basic hospitals. 6 shoulders were examined by arthrography. 3 displayed subacromial bursa,indicating rotator cuff; 1 displayed mamillated shadow in the outside of Croacoid process and rotator interval by dynamic arthrography;indicating tear of the rotator interval; 1 indicated frozen shoulder,and 1 indicated impingements syndrome. Correct diagnosis was attained by the typical image of the arthrography. It is proved that the arthrography was very improtant to diagnose the soft tissuse diseases of the shoulder. |
