| Abstract: | The article starts with the effect of exterior administrative regulations in the executive area,analyzes the evidence effect of exterior administrative regulations in the executive judicial trial,analyzes the practical significance of differing exterior administrative regulations,nature of effect in the executive judicial trial.Finally,the article puts forward some measures on how to guarantee the exterior administrative regulations,proving power in executive judicial trial. |
