关于义务教育阶段教师流动问题研究的综述

摘    要:针对我国义务教育阶段教师流动呈现的不合理性问题,许多专家学者分别从经济学、社会学、心理学、伦理学和文化学视角分析了义务教育阶段教师流动的现状以及影响义务教育阶段教师流动的因素,即政策因素、管理因素和个人因素;同时,还提出了相应的疏导途径,包括加大农村教育的政策扶持力度,改革教师人事制度和社会保障制度,缩小城乡教师工资差距以及增加对农村教师的人文关怀。

Abstract:It isn' t rational that the flow of teachers occurs in compulsory education of our country. On account of this problem, researchers' analysis the recent situation from the economic, sociological, psychological, ethics and cultural approaches. They also analysis the influent factors including policy factors, administration factors and personal factors. Meanwhile, some dredge methods are proposed which includes strengthening the supporting force of countryside education, reforming personnel system and social security system, bridging the salary gap between the urban and rural teachers and increasing the humanities solicitude toward countryside teachers.
