| 摘 要： | 学生工作是一个系统工程,它不仅仅是某个部门的职责所在,也不仅仅是学生思想政治工作者的事情,应倡导全员育人的教育理念,更新“小”学生工作观,构建“大”学生工作观;建立一种新型的育人体系和一支复合型的育人工作队伍;建构全员育人工作框架新体系,形成全员育人、全方位育人、全过程育人新理念。

| Abstract: | Students work is a systematic engineering,it is not only a department's responsibility,is not only the administrators'matter.We should promote the deucational concept which the whole society should take part in training talent,renew the("small")viewpoint of students work and set up the "large" one.Also we should build up a new kind of training talent system which the whole society play an important role in training talent. |
