| 摘 要： | 就业既是一个国家或地区经济社会发展水平的反映,也会对经济社会发展产生重要的影响。从我国的实际情况出发,借鉴国外成功经验,分析就业问题的主要矛盾,提出一些政策建议,包括推进农村剩余劳动力转移,实施产业政策拉动就业增长战略,坚持扩大就业的经济政策,实施就业援助促进和谐就业,开展就业培训增强就业能力战略,实施创业带动就业倍增战略,鼓励企业推行内部劳动力市场制度,强化市场配置劳动力资源的基础性作用。

| Abstract: | Employment is the foundation of the people’s livelihood.Expansion of employment is not only an important part of building a moderately prosperous society,but also an important goal to promote the employment work.The existence of these problems is an urgent need to establish a sound mechanism to expand employment,the implementation of policies conducive to the promotion of employment,to speed up the employment progress of the work to ensure the expansion of the employment strategy goals.On the basis of Scientific analysis of domestic employment mechanism and policies,the paper summarizes some experience,and proposed the expansion of employment policies and measures.There are some specific contents,such as to promote the transfer of rural surplus labor force,the implementation of industrial policy and fiscal policy,the implementation of employment assistance,to enhance employability,entrepreneurship to create more employment,to reduce unemployment to flexible working hours system of labor,the completion of a specialized labor force management system,to strengthen the market allocation of labor resources,and improving labor and social security mechanism. |
