| Abstract: | To build data bases and to realize the computerization management of books and data are the central tasks of various libraries. To build a data base is a complex systematical project. It was discussed how to properly arrange and use manpower, material resources and time in building the data base and how to deal with the problems occurring in its course, which have a certain reference value in the data base construction development. |
