| 摘 要： | 创新教育业已成为我国研究生教育改革的核心问题。研究生教育创新也就是创新研究生教育制度，在创新的过程中必须把凸显能力的选拔制度作为前提，抓住合理灵活的学位制度这一根本，以多样性的教育管理制度为基础，采取公开有效的教育评估制度以及研究导向的成本分担制度。
