| Abstract: | This article makes an analysis of the characteristics of information needs of college library users under the network environment, points out that the contradictions between the organization of information resources and the characteristics of the information needs, and based on the characteristics of the information needs of the users, puts forward some organization principles of the information resources in college libraries. |
