| Abstract: | On the basis of brief introduction of the item response theory,the article deeply discusses the general steps of applying the item response theory to develop various tests,and the method of item bank establishment from the view of the item response theory,the method of test developing method based on item bank.Finally,the article discusses how to set the qualified score in criteria-reference test. |
