| 摘 要： | 社会的发展和教育大众化的不断推进使社区教育成为必然。社区教育存在缺资源、少机构，尤其缺乏实施高等教育层次的教育实体等问题，而地方电大在成人教育竞争日趋激烈的形势下，也在为如何谋求新的发展寻找切入点，因此电大教育介入社区教育是广播电视大学的责任，事实上也是社会和高等教育发展的必然。本文从社区教育与电大教育的发展，电大教育介入社区教育的可行胜和电大教育介入社区教育的几点思考等三个方面进行阐述，试图为广播电视大学参与社区教育提供些许参考。

| Abstract: | The development of society and improvement of educational popularity make community education an inevitable trend. The community education is faced with the problems as the inadequacy of resources and organizations, especially the inadequacy of the education entities engaging in higher education. However, the local TV universities, under the increasingly fierce competition of adult education, are making an effort to find a new breakthrough point. Therefore it is the TV universities＇ responsibility to participate in the community education, which is also an inevitable result of the development of society and higher education. This paper elaborates fi＇om the three angles of the development of community education, the possibility of the TV uni- versities＇ participation into community education and some thoughts of the TV universities＇ participation into community education, and attempts to offer some references for the TV universities＇ participation into community education. |
