| 摘 要： | 在全国教育优先发展战略的影响下，自治区民族初级中学双语教育教学改革日益推进，并取得了很大的成绩。和田地区民丰县根据自己的实际情况，形成了全疆乃至全国唯一的“民丰县初级中学联合办学模式”。文章在研究这一模式形成的现状、这一模式之下的双语教育教学存在的问题的基础上提出解决问题的对策与建议。
