| 摘 要： | 农村体育是我国体育事业的重要组成部分，然而现阶段我国农村体育主要存在着水平低、基础差、参与少、农民的体育意识差、经费投入少等一系列问题。从社会发展的宏观视角来看制约农村体育发展的因素主要来自文化、经济和人口结构三方面。为了改善农村体育的现状，应采取如下措施：实施农村体育与民间文化相结合的发展路线；搞活农村经济，为农村体育的发展奠定坚实的物质基础；推进农村中小学体育场地设施的对外开放；结合不同区域农村的文化特征与自然地理环境开展体育竞赛与表演活动；就地取材，培养土生土长的体育带头人；发挥城市体育对农村体育的引领和导向作用；强化基层政府职能。

| Abstract: | Countryside sports are our country sport＇s important component. However the present stage of our country countryside sports are mainly in low level, with bad foundation, less investment, farmers having little sport consciousness, and such series of questions. The factors which restricts the countryside sports development are consisted of the culture,the economical conditions and the population structure from social development＇s macroscopic angle of view. In order to improve the countryside sports situations, we may take the following measures： implementing the route which unify the countryside sports and the folk culture ; stimulating rural economy, laying the solid material base for the countryside sports development; encouring the rural elementary and middle schools sports facilities to opening them to society; Combining different countryside cultural characteristics with the environment development sports competitions and performances; making the use of local sports leaders who were raised in local area ; displaying the guidance function that urban sports lead countryside sports ; strengthening the founction of local governments. |
