| 摘 要： | 辽宁省为承办第十二届全运会,需要新建、改建大量体育场馆,为规避大型体育场馆赛后运营的风险,应予以提前谋划。运用文献资料法和访谈法,在对十二届全运会场馆概况及部分场馆运营现状进行描述的基础上,从经济、制度、文化及自然与地理等方面分析了影响全运会场馆赛后运营的因素,并有针对性地提出了赛后运营策略,以期为全运场馆的赛后运营提供借鉴与参考。

| Abstract: | A lot of stadium will be built or re-built for holding the 12th National Games in Liaoning.In order to avoid the commercial operation risk after the 12th National Games,planning in advance is needed.The article,by the method of documentation and interviews,on the basis of describing the status of the stadium and the commercial operations,analyzes the postgame stadium operation in terms of economy,system,culture,nature and geography factor,etc.,and puts forward some commercial operation solutions,so as to afford reference and guideline for postgame stadium commercial operation. |
