| 摘 要： | 排球运动是一项隔网对抗并且需要成员之间高度配合的集体项目,无论是比赛还是训练都要求球队各成员之间的相互信任、目标统一和共同协作。在当今的高水平排球比赛中,各球队之间除了要进行技、战术及体能的较量外,还会进行诸如团队整体的信任和凝聚力水平等的比较,这些因素对比赛的影响也不容忽视。研究中主要采用文献资料法、量表测量法及数理统计等方法,对比分析中掌握了备战2013年全运会的辽宁女排与主要对手的团队凝聚力水平和团队信任水平,找出彼此间的差距,旨在为辽宁女队提高比赛成绩提供帮助。 |

| Abstract: | Volleyball game is a kind of competing sport with two teams separately divided by net,which demands the cooperation among team members very much,whenever it is a real game or during the training.In those professional games today,it is not only the study of techniques and tactics in volleyball games are focused,but the comparativeness of team trust and cohesiveness level is also important.This paper,using documentation,measurements and statistics,conducts a comparative study on team trust and cohesiveness level of Liaoning women volleyball team and her opponents.It discloses some of the difference which could be helpful to improve Liaoning women volleyball team’s performance in the 2013 National Games. |
