基于OpenFOAM的甲烷掺氢燃烧数值模拟研究

摘    要:为了研究甲烷掺氢后的燃烧特性,采用定容燃烧弹实验系统和OpenFOAM软件,将实验测试与数值模拟相结合,系统地分析了掺氢比、指前因子、活化能等参数对甲烷燃烧特性参数的影响。研究结果表明,掺氢后可使混合气燃烧速度加快,燃烧温度提高;指前因子对燃烧性能参数影响不明显;活化能增加,导致燃烧反应速率对混合气初始温度变化的敏感性提高。

Abstract:In order to study the combustion characteristics of Methane-Hydrogen-Air mixture, utilizing constant volume combustion bomb system and OpenFOAM software, this paper studies the influences of Hydrogen ratio, pre-exponential factor, activation energy on the combustion characteristics of Methane-Hydrogen-Air Mixture with the combination of experimental date and numerical simulation. Results show that the burning rate and combustion temperature of the mixture are improved with the addition of Hydrogen;pre-exponential factor has no obvious effect on combustion characteristics;with the increasing of activation energy, the sensitivity of burning rate to the initial temperature of mixture is enhanced.
