| 摘 要： | 为使专利资助资金在将来一段时间内更好地为我国的科学进步和技术创新服务,从专利资助政策目的出发结合资助方式多样性的特点对现行专利资助政策进行分析,尝试提出修改和完善专利资助政策的措施;并通过对专利资助实施过程中出现问题的认识和解决问题的设想,试图为专利资助资金的使用和管理以及绩效评估提供一些参考。
